Running businesses has made me curious about the work we accept as normal: explaining the same thing again, chasing an update or losing time between systems. Those small frustrations shape how much a business can take on.

I started Ignis because I could see what AI might make possible, alongside the uncertainty about where to begin. Through my own work and conversations with other owners, the questions kept coming back to value, trust and whether a solution would actually fit.

Ignis brings that business perspective together with people who design and build. We ask questions, test ideas and put useful ones into practice. Our aim is to make capable AI systems accessible to businesses that need a clear starting point and the support to use them well.

I want us to think beyond how things have always been done, while staying accountable for what we deliver today. That means a clear scope, honest advice and a team that knows how to use what we build.

If your team spends time chasing information, repeating admin or copying details between systems, there may be a useful place to start. We look at the work itself, how often it happens and what an improvement would be worth before recommending a build.

We are not sure what to automate. Can you help us decide?

Yes. Bring one task that takes too long or regularly gets held up. We look at its frequency, the time involved, common errors and the systems it touches. Sometimes improving the process or configuring an existing tool is enough. We will say so.
